St James Turramurra Foster Circle
Not everyone can be or should be a full-time, long-term foster carer, but there are so many other different roles that you can play in the life of a child in foster care. This is the idea behind Anglicare’s Foster Circle; children in foster care need more than just their foster parents, they need a community that will encircle them with love, care, and belonging. Our Foster Circle here at St James is committed to encircling foster carer families, should you wish to find out more please contact robyn@stjamesturramurra.org.au.
2024 Teaching Series
New City Catechism
2024 is the year of “Establish” at St James, where we'll be moving through the New City Catechism over the course of the year. We encourage you to download the app, or access the Catechism online, so that you can cover a question each week at home.
To get things started, we'll be teaching through the first four questions of the Catechism over January.
If you would like to hear the preaching on this series, you can visit our YouTube page here.
JG 2025
”Worthy”
GET READY
JG25 is a camp for anyone in highschool Jan 6-10.
You can expect Bible talks, wide games, new friends, old friends, talent nights, electives, singing praise, swimming and so much more!
We want to remove ANY barrier at all that will inhibit a teenager from joining us (including cost $$), so please do not hesitate to contact our Youth Minster, Andrew with inquiries you may have.
This year we are diving into the book of Revelation as we hope to grow not just in our knowledge, but also in an authentic love for our God.
“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” -Revelation 4:11
For further inquiries please contact Youth Minister Andrew Marrett amarrett@stjamesturramurra.org.au
